Payments and security
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. All payment methods have strong SSL protection.
When paying with PayPal, the payment intermediary is PayPal, which protects payments with SSL encryption.
Paytrai payment methods are all Finnish online banks and debit and credit cards, Mobilepay, OP invoice. With Paypal, you can use all Visa and Mastercard cards as well as your Paypal balance.
First, the order is processed, which takes 1-4 business days.
When the order has been processed and packed, it will be delivered by the customer's chosen transport company, whose delivery time varies between 2-4 business days.
In other words, the fastest delivery can be in 3-4 days, but since I do everything myself and sometimes the products have to be made before shipping, it can take up to a week to arrive.
Usually Posti and Matkahuolto deliver the orders within about 2 business days after I have delivered the package to them.

Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method. Delivery prices vary between 4.9-9.9€.
Pick-up in Jyväskylä from Rinnetie or Ylistönmäentie is always free.
I always offer free shipping as campaigns. You can find current offers on the offers page.
Free deliveries are currently available through campaigns. This is due to the fact that I am a small operator who pays just as much for mailing as an ordinary consumer, and in addition there are the costs of packaging materials and the time spent on packaging and mailing.
Pickup from Rinnetie or Ylistönmäki is free.

Please note that when sending abroad, postage costs vary greatly compared to domestic deliveries.
Warranty and repairs
If you notice something wrong with the product when you receive it, please report it immediately. All products are handmade and I try to check everything carefully, I'm still human so mistakes can happen.
If it is a manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged for a similar one or a discount can be negotiated for the product.
If the product is broken in use, it is case-by-case how to proceed.
In all warranty and repair matters, always contact email@example.com directly first, and we will always deal with the matter through that.
Yes. Purchases can be returned as long as they are in salable condition and undamaged. All products have a 14-day right of return.
The only exception is Intimate products, such as menstrual pads and bra protectors.
When returning products, you should always contact firstname.lastname@example.org first.
When returning products, the customer always pays for the return.
For returns, postage is always paid by the customer who is returning the product.
If it is a return due to, for example, the wrong size or simply because the product is not wanted, the customer will pay for the return.
If it is a product to be returned due to a manufacturing defect, the seller will pay the shipping costs, but the mailing must take place according to the seller's instructions. So in this case, when the repair has been agreed by e-mail, the seller sends the mailing instructions with which the product should be returned. If the product is returned other than according to the instructions, the seller is not responsible for other costs.
